Why We Test Every Espresso Part on Real Machines Before Shipping

At our partner workshop in Shenzhen, we install candidate espresso parts on actual machines before confirming them for sampling or supply. Here's how we check gasket installation, portafilter lock-in, shower-screen seating, screw fastening, and water distribution.

A gasket that is 0.3 mm off leaks. A shower screen that does not seat correctly ruins extraction. You cannot fix that with a lower price — you fix it with testing.

At our partner workshop in Shenzhen, we install candidate parts on actual espresso machines before confirming them for sampling or supply. For each selected model, we check:

• Gasket installation, portafilter lock-in and initial sealing
• Shower-screen seating, screw fastening, clearance and visible water distribution
• Exact machine version and group-head configuration — not just the brand name

We currently have access to selected Gaggia, Rancilio, Astoria, Pegaso and other espresso-machine platforms.

Even small dimensional differences can affect sealing, lock-in and screen seating. That is why compatibility should be checked against the exact machine before specifications are confirmed.

If you distribute or source espresso-machine replacement parts, send us the machine model or OEM part reference. We will confirm what we can check and whether a suitable candidate is available.
